We are looking for an HR and Admin professional to join Motion MENA and help us build the operational foundation for our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
- Maintain and organize internal records and administrative files.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and basic office operations.
- Assist leadership with HR-related policies and internal communications.
Ideal Profile
- Previous experience in HR, admin, or operations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-evolving setup.
