We are looking for an HR and Admin professional to join Motion MENA and help us build the operational foundation for our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain and organize internal records and administrative files.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and basic office operations.
  • Assist leadership with HR-related policies and internal communications.

Ideal Profile

  • Previous experience in HR, admin, or operations is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-evolving setup.
